Golden Visa

The "Golden Visa" Program was launched by the Portuguese authorities in October 2012, and is a quick way for foreign investors from non-European Union countries to obtain a permanent residence permit valid in Portugal, and also allowing them to travel freely in most European countries (Schengen Area).

Owner's name and telephone contact;
Updated property register;

How it is processed:

1.Contact Porto Capital and request the respective service and schedule a visit from a specialized technician.
2.Visit from a specialized technician Casa Simples for expert opinion. One of our specialized technicians will visit your property. During the visit, a detailed survey of the building's thermal envelope will be carried out, according to the type of construction, the orientation of the property and the areas in contact with the outside.
3.Analysis of visit data and calculation of energy class. Casa Simples’ Qualified Experts will carry out a detailed analysis of your property’s data and calculate its energy class.
4.Preparation of a report with the most appropriate improvements that you can implement in order to reduce your energy bill and increase indoor air quality.
5.Sending the energy certificate. The energy certificate will initially be sent by email for validation by the customer. After validation, the certificate will be issued on the ADENE website and sent by email and by post to the customer.
